Tanza rigorously follows best practice in ensuring the security of online purchases. We aim to create a safe environment for our customers where they are completely comfortable ordering our garments.
To safeguard your credit card purchases, you will always be asked to enter your CVV code for every order.

We accept all major credit cards (Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron) and PayPal.
WHICH COURIER PROVIDERS DO YOU USE?
All orders are shipped via our preferred suppliers, DHL and DPD; customers can choose which supplier best meets their needs.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we currently ship internationally.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?
To best gauge your size, please refer to the sizing chart for the particular item you’re interested in.
HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?
In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days; out of stock items will take longer. Please contact Tanza for estimated dispatch times where stock is unavailable.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Our couriers quote delivery times of 1-5 business days [for domestic orders] depending on shipping conditions; a tracking service is provided to allow customers to plan for arrival of orders.
I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, CAN I CANCEL IT?
If you change your mind after purchasing, please notify Tanza immediately as we are unable to cancel orders once they have been dispatched.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS – ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Tanza’s distribution hub is based in the United Kingdom; international shipments will incur additional charges, such as shipping costs, and possibly local sales taxes and import duties. Please consider these potential additional charges when making your purchases as they are
solely the responsibility of the customer.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods by the customer. To make a return please complete the Return Form specifying the order number, your contact details and the reasons for the return.
Please note: the item(s) must be returned unused and unaltered with the original packaging.
In the unlikely event that an item is defective, please notify Tanza immediately with a detailed description of the defect with an accompanying photo in the Return Form.
Please allow our Team 48 hours from the time you email us to get back to you with a return label.
Once you’ve sent your item(s), you should receive your refund within 7 business days of it being received by Tanza.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
We provide free return shipping for all domestic orders. For all international orders returns will be at the customers’ expense. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods by the customer.
